Pricing and other FAQ's
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your monthly subscription and when the subscription period ends, the software will no longer validate and therefore will not be usable. Annual subscriptions may be canceled within the first 30 days for a refund otherwise the subscription, if canceled, will end at the end of the Annual term. There are no refunds for monthly subscriptions.
What's required to run this program?
You must have a copy of Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer. A Windows Computer running Windows XP (Office 2010 only), or Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8 or Windows 10, when using Office 2010, 2013, or 2016. Ram - 4 gb if 32 bit windows, 8 gb or better if on 64 bit Windows. Processor - (non celeron) such as Intel core i5 or core i7, as the program is computational intensive. While requirements are fairly reasonable, I would not recommend using an entry level PC or budget Laptop. You must also have a working internet connection.
Do you demo the software?
Yes, contact me to setup a time to do a remote demo for your organization. The demo will be in a webinar format and takes about an hour.
Is there a user manual for this software?
Absolutely, a detailed user manual is included.
What's included in the training?
A complete and thorough training session is included for your organization. The training is conducted via a webinar for up to 25 people at a time. Training generally takes between 2 and 2.5 hours.
Does the program run in the Cloud?
No, the program runs on your PC using Microsoft Excel, however, you can save/backup your data to the cloud.
