Mike Hoff - Owner and head cook!

Having operated a fast food franchise (19 locations) for over 22 years, with 35+ total years of restaurant experience, I've pretty much done and seen it all. As a partner in our group I actively oversaw several disciplines including: IT, Marketing, Administration, as well as Facilities and new construction. My background also includes 13 years in restaurant operations at all levels.

After selling our successul franchise in 2012, I now assist others with restaurant operators with technology as well as everyday restaurant challenges. My degree in Computer Programming allows me to produce tools such as the Weekly Work Scheduler, which has proven to make managers lives easier, the organization more efficient, and ultimately help you as a business owner make more money.
